Ingredients:
6 tbsp butter(divided and melted)
2 cups Gluten Free Flour(divided)
3/4 cup brown sugar(divided)
2 1/2 tsp baking soda(can use powder instead)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon(divided)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk(I use almond milk but can use any)
1 tsp vanilla extract

What to do:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Coat the inside of an 8×8 baking dish, I usually use a 7×11 because that’s what I have, with butter and set aside
3) In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, baking soda(or powder), 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon. Whisk to combine and then make a well in the center of the ingredients.
4) Add the egg, milk, 2 tbsp melted butter and vanilla to the well and whisk until blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
5) In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon and 4 tbsp melted butter. Use your hands to combine the mixture until it is somewhat crumbly then sprinkle over the cake.
6) Bake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick or cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7) Cool completely before serving.
